ORDERS

What happens when I place an order? 

When you place your order, we check if your product is available in our premade inventory. If it is not, we add your order to our printing queue. Depending on the size of your order and current inventory, our processing times will differ:

 If mechanical difficulties occur or something unexpected happens, we will notify you. 

I heard you livestream your prints. Can I watch my order being 3D printed?

We do livestream some prints, but we do not livestream all of our orders. If you would like a livestream of your order, please let us know in your Order Notes.  

Do you take custom orders? What if I want to request a different color? 

We do take custom orders! You can request a custom order and we will do our best to make you happy. If you would like one of our products printed in a different color, please use the Custom Order page to let us know which product and which color you would like. 

Are the colors in the product photos accurate? 

We try our best to match our products to the photos shown on our website, however there are many factors that can affect the final print. With different 3D printers, brands of filament, and environmental factors like humidity and temperature, there may be slight changes in the color or finish of your delivered product. Also, monitors show colors differently; we try to use descriptive colors when possible (e.g. Forest Green vs only using green as the color). 

STORE POLICIES

Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

We accept returns and exchanges of non-customized/non-personalized products. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and ship items back to us within 45 days of delivery (buyer pays for return shipping, item must be in the same condition as it was received). 

If you received a customized or personalized product and are not satisfied with it, please contact us for a resolution. 

Can I cancel my order? 

You can cancel your order as long as we have not started printing your order and your order has not been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. If you would like to modify your order instead, please let us know! 

Do you have a plant policy or guarantee? 

We guarantee that we ship healthy air plants. It is perfectly normal to have some brown tips or a few tips that were broken off. However, if your air plant arrives in pieces or is severely damaged, we can send a replacement air plant at no charge (we must be notified within 7 days of receipt).
