Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the http://printapot.com website (the “Service”) operated by Print A Pot (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
License to use website
You may view, print, and share content on our website for personal use. For any commercial use of our content, our content must be accompanied with © Print A Pot and a link to https://printapot.com. Blog posts and products cannot be reproduced in their entirety on another website or platform without our express written permission.
Using the website
You agree not to use our website in any manner that is illegal, including using it to spam, abuse, or inflict harm.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, and phone number. This information is used to complete and deliver your Purchase. This information may be shared with a third party service provider if you agree to be added to our mailing list during checkout.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Print A Pot.
Print A Pot has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Print A Pot shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Processing Times for Orders
All planters, air plant holders and 3D printed accessories are made-to-order. Your product(s) will be manufactured on a first-come, first-serve basis. Normal processing times are 1 week-2 weeks, but this will vary depending on order volume. Please refer to the sidebar on each product to view the current processing time. You can contact us if you have a specific date which you would like to receive your order by and we will see if we can accommodate.
If you are within Brevard County, FL, you will have the option for local pickup on the Checkout page. Once your order is ready, we will email you with the pickup address (off of 192 between Melbourne and West Melbourne) and coordinate with you for the pickup.
Orders will be shipped by USPS from Melbourne, FL. Planters will get shipped once they’ve been manufactured and tested for quality. Succulents and cacti will be shipped out on Mondays and Tuesdays. If plants are in your order and you are experiencing temperatures below 40°F, we highly recommend adding a heat pack to your order.

International Shipping, Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, we cannot be held responsible if the package is lost, stuck in customs, or delayed. Once shipped, we can only refund international packages if the products are returned to us in their original condition. If you can find a local 3D printing resource, we can help you make our planters by licensing our printer files for a fee (personal use only).
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for non-personalized 3D printed products. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and ship items back within 45 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs; if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Custom/personalized orders and perishable products like plants cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
We are licensed by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services as a stock dealer. Due to strict regulations, we will not ship plants to Hawaii, Alaska, or outside the USA. For CA, AZ, NM, and NV, we will only ship plants bareroot without soil.
We guarantee that our plants are healthy. We try to reduce as much damage as possible during transit, but some damage may be unavoidable. If plants arrive dead or struggling, please take photos within 7 days of your package arriving and send them to us at email@example.com. We do not send free replacements or provide refunds due to cold damage if there was no heat pack added to the order.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
